We have done hybrid flooring to our newly purchased home. Ray and Sina both were helpful. They provided their inputs during selection, provided good price. Sina completed the installation quickly and was on time.

also big thank you to Sina and his father Mehrdad, provided us with a free quote and measure on a Saturday to accommodate our schedule, and brought all the samples Ray recommended so we could see it in the home.

They were extremely hardworking and gave us a fair price. Especially when we realised our floor was not level, Sina was really good at explaining to us our options and fixing the problem really well.

I recommend if you are getting a quote, to check whether your floor is level so you can account for the costs of levelling.

Overall, the quality of their work speaks for itself, the floors look so sexy and they completely transformed our space, we love it so much!

The guys were extremely professional, right from selecting floor material and colour, explaining the whole process, and to final application. They answered all the questions patiently and carried out the process smoothly. Their attention to detail is impeccable and looked at each and every corner, quite literally. Absolutely delighted with the work completed by MLB Flooring. Our apartment is a 1960s build, and after removing the old carpet we discovered significant damage to the original flooring. The team recommended some additional levelling work, which came at a small extra cost, but it was well worth it for the quality of the final result.

We worked with Sina and his father, who handled the entire project themselves. They were professional, reliable, and completed the installation of our 80sqm apartment in exactly three days as promised. The workmanship is excellent, and we feel confident that our floors are now set for many years to come.

As a thoughtful touch, they also left us some spare boards and matching scotia for future use. We highly recommend MLB Flooring to anyone looking for quality work and great service at reasonable price.
