Our journey began as a small family-run business, and through hard work, integrity, and a reputation for excellence, we have grown to become a trusted provider of flooring services across both residential and commercial sectors. Recently, we expanded our operations by opening a new retail location in Dandenong, which includes a fully equipped showroom and warehouse. This facility allows us to offer faster access to materials, personalised customer service, and a space where clients can experience the quality of our products firsthand.

It’s my first time using MLB’s service but definitely not the last time! Ray and Sina are amazing~ I had my house floors installed with hybrid flooring by their team and they came first time for free check and accurate quote ; then after booking a time with them, they expertly, efficiently finished the flooring within one day or say half a day! Although they were quick doing what they were doing, so far I am very pleased with the outcome. The flooring makes the whole house look better! Thank you for the amazing work. Also, Sina the work leader is very friendly and it’s easy to work with him. Definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with MLB Flooring. From the very beginning, Ray, Sina and his father treated me more like a friend than just a client, which made the whole process incredibly smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.

The quality of their work is outstanding. You can really see the attention to detail and craftsmanship in the final result. On top of that, they are genuinely nice people who clearly care about what they do.

In terms of value, the quality-to-cost ratio couldn’t be better. I feel like I got excellent results for a very fair price.

Sian and his team did a fantastic job installing our 9.7mm hybrid flooring. The existing floor had a few issues due to its age, but they handled everything professionally and fixed all the problems without any hassle.
They were punctual, efficient, and completed the work exactly on time—which is quite rare in the trades these days.

We first met Ray at their showroom in Dandenong. Choosing the right flooring felt a bit overwhelming at the start, but he made the whole process easy and helped us find the best option. Thank you so much Ray for all your help and clear explanations. We ended up going with the 9.77mm hybrid flooring from Terra Mater (such a great product and really good value).They also helped us get a great and affordable deal.
